What's the difference between FCL and LCL?

FCL is a full container just for your cargo. LCL shares a container with other shipments and you pay only for the space you use.

Does the quote include customs clearance?

The quote lists exactly what's included. We can add customs clearance, as we're a licensed customs broker.

Can you move cargo from the factory to the port?

Yes, inland haulage to and from the port is part of the service if you need it.
