Who we are

Enjaz Logistics LLC is an international freight forwarder and licensed customs broker based at 13 Qesm El Gomrok Street, Alexandria, Egypt. This policy explains how we handle the information you share with us through enjazlog.com.

What we collect

• The contact details you type into a quote request: your name, phone number, company and email if you add them, and how you prefer to be contacted.
• Shipment details: the service, origin and destination, cargo type, weight and volume, and any notes you add.
• A shipment number (ACID, bill of lading or container) when you ask about a shipment.
• Anything you send us directly by WhatsApp, email or phone.

How your details reach us

The site does not store your request on any server. When you press Send, it prepares your request and a PDF of it on your device, then passes the request through the site’s server to our inbox at info@enjazlog.com without keeping it there. If you choose WhatsApp, you send the message yourself, so your details also reach us through WhatsApp and are covered by its privacy policy.

Why we use it

• To answer your request, prepare a quote and contact you about it.
• To carry out and follow your shipment and keep you updated if you accept the quote.
• To meet the legal and customs obligations that come with shipping and clearance.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We share only what is needed to carry out your shipment with shipping lines, airlines, carriers and agents, and with customs and government authorities when required or by law.

What is stored in your browser

• The site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and it has no visitor analytics.
• Your browser keeps a draft of your quote request for up to 7 days so you can finish it later, and remembers your language choice. This stays on your device only; you can remove it with “Start over” in the quote form or by clearing the site's data in your browser.

Third-party services on the site

To display the site correctly, fonts load from Google Fonts, the map from Google Maps, and some code libraries from jsDelivr and cdnjs. These services may receive your IP address and browser details when the page loads, under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep request and shipment data for as long as we need it to provide the service, then for as long as accounting and customs law requires, and then delete it.

Keeping it safe

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and inside the company only the staff who need your details to serve you can see them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how it is used, in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. Email us at info@enjazlog.com and we will reply as soon as we can.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site or our services change; the date of the latest update appears at the top of the page.
